Heather (far left): A credentialed leadership coach, healthcare executive, doctoral student at LSU-Shreveport, and an avid traveler based in Upstate New York. Heather is passionate about authentic travel, particularly in Europe, with a special focus on the food, wine, language, and history of Italy. Since her first visit in the early 2000s, she has been captivated by all things Italy, and she often seeks curated travel experiences that immerse her in its rich culture. Nicole (far right): A special education teacher and swim coach, Nicole has hosted wine tastings for decades, blending her love of teaching and wine. She also owns In the Pines Wine & Spirits in Upstate New York with her husband Jody, as well as a catering business, Wenzel's Signature Catering. Jody (left of Nicole): A Chemical Engineer by trade, Jody has owned and operated a college pub and fine dining restaurant, along with In the Pines Wine & Spirits and Wenzel's Signature Catering.
